Kristine M. Fisher is the CEO of Kaleidoscope Works, a proposal strategy consultant for companies seeking commercial IT work.
She is also the Strategic Alliances Executive at Pegasystems, Inc. In this role and in her previous roles as Channel Sales Manager at Splunk, Inc., and manager of a National Strategic Contract program for EMC, Kristine has supported over 200 business partners across the nation in helping to grow their technology business.

Kristine has over 20 years of demonstrated experience, including an exemplary record of managing, negotiating and administering Commercial, Federal, State and Local Government and Education contracts. Throughout her career, Kristine developed Executive-level relationships in the Public and Private Sector with extensive knowledge in working with both Government and Private Sector Directors, Business Development and Sales Professionals as well as Distributors and Resellers.
Kristine’s career began working for the United States Air Force, where she achieved certifications for advanced contract pricing, negotiation, sole source selection, and contract law, and obtained expert knowledge in Federal Acquisition Regulations. She then served as a Procurement Officer for the State of California by acquiring and managing of some of the largest, most complex Information Technology Contracts. Kristine worked closely with large and small businesses including Women & Minority and Disabled Veteran owned.
Kristine recently participated at the Women in Cloud New York Curtain Raiser and attended the Annual Ideagen Global Goals 2020 – Empowering Women and Girls summit at the United Nations. Kristine was a featured speaker at Oregon Presidio’s 2nd Annual Women in IT event. She has spoken at numerous conferences and events and is an active member of Women in Technology, Women in Technology International, and the National Contract Managers Association.
